While other kids were glued to their TV and worrying about a tan, you could find me reading another Zig Ziglar book, or drawing my next commissioned portrait. While my dream of working with Carol Burnett and Lucille Ball didn’t work out, it didn’t stop me from pursuing my own standup comedy experience in the mid-90’s. Comedy set off a spark (fire, desire) in me, it was a drug and I needed more! In 1998, I became an equity stage manager that is essentially the head traffic controller of the live production.
I love cheese, beer, my dogs that I call my babies, building my collection of books and buying paper and pens than I can’t possibly use in a lifetime. I try to be a good person by volunteering my design skills to a limited number of non-profit organizations yearly.
I enjoy a cup of coffee but only on the weekends and I blame Olivia Newton-John for my lifelong fascination with Australia. Batman is my all time hero. The Joker was my favorite villain. I collect fast food toys and I love them even more when they have sound. The kid in me still enjoys Disney and Pixar animation while the adult in me is in amazed at the fact that the average Pixar animation runs 24 frames per second at 4000 pixels wide!

Step one: Submit your payment using the PayPal we will provide to you.
Step three: This step is our initial call and is very important in the process and helps us create the best image possible for your company. The sooner we speak the faster we can start creating and the quicker we can deliver your project.
Step four: Once we have discussed and understand your thoughts, needs and desires we immediately start designing and creating your brand.
Within 5-7 business days we will send you a PDF file containing your first round of drafts. Each design will have a small description explaining the thoughts that went into its development.
Once you view these drafts and pick the one design you would like to work with, you will send us an email notifying us of your pick and the tweaks/revisions you would like to have done. A phone call can be arranged at any time to discuss your revisions however, we always request tweaks and revisions in writing from the client to back up any phone conversation.
Note 1: We always try to incorporate client requests. Our experience has shown that sometimes a thought doesn’t always transfer to the logo to create the strongest brand. That is why we always ask our clients not to marry themselves to a single idea. With that said, this is your brand, your investment and you have the final say. We can only share our vast experience with you. It is up to you to accept and apply it or to ignore it.
Note 2: If you are not happy with the first set of designs, we will supply you with one new set of designs free of charge. Once revisions have been completed, we repeat the above process and you will have the opportunity to request further revisions or approve and finalize the design.
We send you your final file formats: Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF (for web and print use). The files will be sent to you as a zip file by email or DropBox. For a small fee of $14 we can send your files to you on a DVD via USPS. Please ask us for a shipping and handling PayPal link.

I would like to have a logo designed based on my own drawings and ideas. Could it be possible?
We always respect our client’s input. Some clients email us drawings, which help us to understand their ideas, tastes and needs. Some clients will send us URL’s of sites that have a logo that has caught their eye.
While we can design without these suggestions all suggestions are reviewed and considered.
What if I don’t like my logo?
You can stop the process at any time BEFORE requesting the FIRST revisions and receive a refunded. After receiving your request for revisions we offer no refunds. However we always stand by our customer satisfaction guarantee.
If you stop the process all artwork, images and designs shown or sent to you the client or any third party, remain the intellectual property of ABI. You may not use or copy the images yourself or through a third party.
Can you restyle my existing logo?
Yes. It is as simple as providing us with the latest version of your logo, and we’ll develop concepts based on it for your review.
Who owns the copyright of the logo?
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork becomes the sole property of you the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon full payment of all fees.
ABI retains rights to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials. ALL concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the client or are not included in the final delivery, remain the sole property of A Brand Identity.
