The Process
Step one review your options and custom quote carefully.
Step two after receiving your order and a confirmation email from PayPal, we will contact you via email to confirm your order and send you our creative brief.
Step three in the process is very important and helps us create the best image possible for your company. Filling out our creative brief and returning it to us as quickly as possible. The sooner we get it back the sooner we start creating! If you have questions about the creative brief and are unsure of an answer, simply give us a call or leave it blank and we’ll contact you to discuss it in more detail.
Step four once we have your creative brief back we will begin the design process. We use this brief as a tool to guide us in researching your market so it is important that you put your heart it filling it out and returning it.
NOTE:
- Concept: A completely different logo concept or variations of.
- Revision: A Revision is a change to an existing/approved logo concept.
Within 1-4 business days (based on the package) we will send you a PDF file containing your drafts (based on the package). Each design will have a small description explaining the thoughts that went into its development.
Once you view your designs and pick the one design you would like to work with, you will send us an email notifying us of your pick and the tweaks you would like to see (based on the package).
We try to incorporate client tweaks and requests if possible. Our experience has shown that sometimes a thought doesn’t always transfer to paper to create the strongest brand so we ask our clients not marry themselves to a single idea.
With that said, this is your brand and you have the final say.
Note: If you are not happy with the first set of designs, we will supply you a new set of designs free of charge. (Starter package excluded)
Once your revisions have been completed, we repeat the above process and you will have the opportunity to request further revisions (based on the package) or approve and finalize the design.
We send you your final brand in these file formats: Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF (for web and print use) in both full color and in gray scale. The files will be sent to you as a zip file.
For a small additional fee we can send your files to you via USPS on a CD.
